180° Bend on a 5" Radius
Try this on another pipe bender and the results may be less than spectacular. With the Ben Pearson pipe bender you'll get a perfect 180° bend on a 5" radius die (our 3" and 4" ram dies also make a perfect bends possible even at maximum bend). What you won't get is a pipe that is crimped or collapsed. The reason for this is a very simple - Ben Pearson's unique die construction eliminates the problem of the pipe locking on the dies. This extra feature save you time and money.
Longer Stroke Main Cylinder
Ben Pearson has added an extra 3" to the main cylinder. The benefits are obvious-your get and extra 6" of space between the edge of the ram die and the edges of the back shoes.You have more room to feed pipe through the machine, thus eliminating the need for cumbersome and time consuming pusher blocks. Ben Person's developed the longer stroke main cylinder for operator convenience.
Offers Two End-of-Pipe Systems
To make sure your job is easier, faster, and more efficient, the MC-59 offer two end-of-pipe systems as standard equipment. The segment expander offers some unique features that make it easier to operate than the competitive models. Like the ability to expand, flare or ball joint close to the end of the pipe. Plus, the unique bull's eye gauge, with an accurate and compete O.D. and I.D. setting chart, ensures accurate connections and slip fits.
The clamp-down swager system on the MC-59 gives you the flexibility to swage, flare, ball joint, reduce and flange. In fact, you name the job that needs to be done and this machine can do it. Plus, for more power and increased operator safety, the clamp-down swager system operates on a separate cylinder.
Warranty of Ben Pearson Products
This warranty is made for the exclusive benefit of the original owner and is not transferable. There is no other warranty applicable to Ben Pearson PRODUCTS, and no representative has any authority to make any representation, promise or agreement except as stated in the warranty.
One year warranty *
For one year from the date of invoice the Ben Pearson will repair the bender if found to be defective in material and workmanship without cost to the purchaser. Following the first 90 days from the date of original invoice, replacement parts are shipped from the seller to the purchaser freight collect. Return parts are shipped prepaid to the Ben Pearson. In effecting such repairs, the Ben Pearson may at its election, repair or replace any part which it finds to be defective. Tools and dies are warranted for a period of (90) ninety days against defect in material and workmanship.
* During the first 90 days from date of original invoice the Ben Pearson will pay freight charges for replacement of defective parts.
