The M 4848 TT is one of the best and most easy to use large abrasive sandblasting cabinets available today! It is has huge capacity. This is because of the two large side doors, a durable and easy to use turntable, and a large interior. Therefore, the parts easy to move and access. Because of its welded 16 gauge steel and our attention to detail, this unit won’t leak. Overall, this unit is very sturdy. The M 4848 comes complete with a foot pedal operated sandblast gun and tungsten carbide nozzle.
The M4848 sandblasting cabinet is a flexible sized abrasive sandblasting cabinet. Easy opening dual side doors on the left and right offer convenient and east access to the work. This means it offers tremendous room for a variety of parts from small to large. The side doors are located on the right and left side and are constructed of the same steel as the cabinet. Also included with the M 4848 sandblast cabinet are comfortable rubber blast gloves that protect your hands. They also are long enough to easily reach around inside the sandblast cabinet without opening side doors.
Dust Collector Included
The M 4848 abrasive sandblasting cabinet includes a DC-4000 dust collector. The DC-4000 produces a powerful 400 CFM and works perfectly to keep visibility clear inside the blast cabinet. The M4848 cabinet comes with a light receptacle and on/off switch. The switch controls an additional receptacle for the included sandblast dust collector. Therefore, you control the entire cabinet with one easy on/off switch location on the cabinet.
Flexible Abrasive Media Choices
This abrasive media blast cabinet can handle abrasives like white or brown aluminum oxide, glass beads, silicon carbide, or blasting garnet. We supply a full catalog of abrasive media.
